Before you request a return
Please inspect your piece as soon as it arrives and keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep it.
If something feels wrong, contact the studio first so we can guide the next step and avoid unnecessary handling or damage in transit.
- Include your order number and clear photos
- Keep all packaging, inserts, and hardware together
- Do not install or modify a piece you may need to return
What can usually be returned
Unused stock items in their original condition may be considered for return when the request is made promptly after delivery.
Approval depends on condition, completeness, and whether the piece was part of a standard collection order rather than a special production run.
- Item must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging should be intact
- Return approval is confirmed by the studio before shipment
Orders that are typically final sale
Custom commissions, made-to-order pieces, installed items, and discounted pieces are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
This helps us protect the time, material, and artisan labor that go into each production run.
- Custom sizes, finishes, and bespoke work
- Installed or altered items
- Clearance or discounted final-sale pieces
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging, the item itself, and the shipping label if available.
Once reviewed, our team will confirm the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, repair coordination, or a return approval.
